Putting the emphasis on "Man are what matters, both for employees and management": the recruitment, training and employing are the basic guidelines in the management of human resources of TECO, and it has never changed. Since the first training course for apprentices in 1958, inducing gifted persons, balancing out the difference between the existing and new employees, and teaching internationalization to the staff have always been the guideline for TECO's efforts. Until today, the complete training programs of TECO have been something that other industries are talking about.
"Moving on as long as the direction is right" is the leading operation philosophy of TECO; "Techniques, Quality and Service" is the paramount policy of TECO; "Training first-class people and Creating first-class products" is what guides TECO; "Globalization and internationalization" is the long-held target of TECO; "Stable Operation and diversified development" is the principle of TECO; and "Emphasizing the Protection of the Environment and Matching International Standards" has not been neglected by TECO. The 45th anniversary is not a comma; it is much more the turning point for TECO to meet the future. The slogan "Renovation to create new visions; Innovation to meet the future" will guide TECO to meet the future challenges and to face them.
